+工作上有點煩，徐大其實是一個很主觀的人，麻煩的是他一開始也不說清楚他要什麼，等到出了問題才說這個其實應該要這樣而不是那樣，感覺很像被嫌棄。

+星期三請假跟小佑吃了飯，他的工作出現了滿大的變化，他也很明白表現出對這個變化的擔心跟...憂慮吧。希望他一切都可以順利。

+星期三早上又因為睿睿出門有點慢而有點發脾氣，其實每次發這種脾氣我都會很鬱悶，一方面是因為遲到不應該是一種習慣，另一方面這種事如果沒有什麼後果好像也不應該看的那麼嚴重，思緒就在這兩端拉扯，變得整天都很難開心起來。

+這裡拜到目前為主都沒有跑步，這樣會打破連續31週的持續紀錄，今天應該要來跑一下，可是天氣好冷，只有10度，不知道衣服應該怎麼穿才對？

+從星期二開始，連續三天，都有在晚上10點和睿睿謙謙做棒式跟單槓，雖然時間不久，但是是一個開始，我有把它持續下去的責任。
